Background
I work fractionally as a Chief Revenue Officer for consumer durables brands, partnering with leadership teams to design retail and revenue strategies that drive national placement and scalable growth. I help leadership teams make clear, informed decisions around go-to-market strategy, retail placement, and sales model design so they can enter new channels, expand national partnerships, and grow profitably.
I have scaled a major appliance category from $5M to $145M through national retail expansion, grew a multi-category consumer brand from $20M to $365M in revenue, and built retail and sales strategy driving 800% YoY growth for a consumer hardware startup. I have secured placement with Lowe's, The Home Depot, Costco, Sam's Club, and regional distributors.
